Who it's for

Anyone who wants a simple, sustainable split that keeps working. Because it rotates on a cycle rather than a fixed week, it fits any schedule - train 3, 4, 5 or 6 days and just keep the rotation going.

The rotation

Day type 1

Legs

Quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves. Pre-exhaust the target muscle with an isolation move, then drive the compounds while it's already fatigued.

Day type 2

Push

Chest, shoulders and triceps. Same pre-exhaustion logic - isolate first, then press - so the working muscle does the work instead of the joints.

Day type 3

Pull

Back, rear delts and biceps. Pre-exhaust the lats and upper back, then row and pull-down with the target already lit up.

Why it works

Questions

Is LPP free?

Yes - free, no login. Progress saves to your device.

How many days a week?

Your call - the rotation works at 3 to 6 days. More frequency just means faster cycles.

What is pre-exhaustion?

Doing an isolation exercise for a muscle before its main compound, so the target muscle is the limiting factor instead of the supporting ones.
